What are the check-in and check-out times at The Phoenix Resort in Moree NSW?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. This applies to all room types, including Essential, Executive, Budget, and Apartment accommodations.
Can I arrive after hours?
Yes, late arrivals are welcome. Please contact us in advance to arrange your check-in, and we will send instructions to access your keys and room. Full payment is required prior to arrival.

Do you accept group bookings?

Do you have on-site artesian thermal pools?
Absolutely! Guests can enjoy naturally heated artesian thermal water experiences:
- Open-air artesian thermal pool: naturally heated to 38–40°C.
Six indoor artesian thermal spas: each slightly different in temperature depending on size and flow rate, using naturally heated water from our bore (~42°C).
Our mineral-rich artesian waters are renowned for their therapeutic benefits, helping to soothe muscles, ease arthritis, and support rehabilitation.
Are pets allowed at The Phoenix Resort?
Yes, however we have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms available. To ensure your furry friend is accommodated, please select a pet-friendly room when booking or contact us directly. Pets cannot be accommodated in non-pet-friendly rooms. Pet fees apply.
Is free Wi-Fi available at The Phoenix Resort?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi to hotel guests.
Can day visitors use the artesian pools and spas?
The pools and spas are exclusive to overnight guests, ensuring a private and relaxing experience.
Does the resort offer child-minding services or cots?
No, we do not provide child-minding services or cots at this time.

- Guests in other room types may use one of our two communal guest laundries, which are paid, card-operated facilities:

- One near the Essential and Executive Rooms
What are the pool and spa hours?
The pools and spas are open daily from 6am to 10pm.

Within the main building, you’ll find ROKA Pizza, Pasta & Ribs, a local favourite for hearty, fresh and delicious meals, accessible from Frome Street. Additionally, there are nine other eateries within 100 metres, plus coffee shops and cafes. We also offer grab-and-go breakfast packs at reception for a convenient start to your day.

What is the difference between the Essential, Standard, and Apartment accommodations?
- Essential Rooms: Closest to our artesian and swimming pools, offering premium comfort and easy access to key amenities.
- Budget Rooms: Located in a quiet wing with pool access via a walkway, providing a budget-friendly option with a comfortable stay.
- Apartments: Spacious (over 70m²), ideal for longer stays or families, featuring full kitchens, internal bathrooms, laundry facilities, a lounge, and a dining area.
Location and Accessibility
How close is the resort to the town centre?
We are centrally located just south of the bridge, 600m from the Moree Information Centre and the Moree Artesian Aquatic Centre. The train station is 1.2km from the resort, and the airport is 2.4km away. The location offers the convenience of being within walking distance to the town centre while providing a peaceful, quiet atmosphere.
